Our Client

Our client is a privately held development group who have been in operation for over 40 years, specialising in the industrial and logistics sector.

With a focus on develop-to-hold, they currently have a national portfolio of circa $2.5b with strong scope for growth in Victoria.

To support this growth they are currently looking to appoint an Assistant Development Manager.


The Role

Reporting to the Development Director, this is an excellent opportunity to work under the leadership and guidance of a proven senior mentor.

You will gain broad exposure to the full development lifecycle and will particularly be involved in front-end activities. Key task will include feasibility analysis, tenant enquiry, lease negotiation and transaction management, design and town planning.

Strong commercial acumen combined with an ability to build rapport and manage a diverse range of consultants will be critical to your success.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will already have gained exposure to the industrial and logistics asset class working in development, real estate or a related sector.

Tertiary qualifications are non-negotiable. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong commercial acumen. This position will suit a team player who enjoys working collaboratively with a close-knit team.

Salary range for the opportunity is $90-120k Package + Incentives.
