    HOBAN Recruitment is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an EL1 Level Assistant Director of Research and Strategic Evaluation on behalf of our client, located in DEAKIN ACT.

    About the Role:

    • Support the Director of Strategic Evaluation in managing and delivering evaluations of key our client's projects.
    • Assist in embedding rigorous evaluation practices.
    • Develop theory of change, logic models, and evaluation frameworks for Client initiatives.
    • Provide expert guidance to business units undertaking evaluations.
    • Supervise and lead staff in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
    • Enhance evidence-informed practices for improved participant outcomes.
    • Cultivate and nurture partnerships with external research bodies.
