    A leading provider of insurance brokerage and consultancy services, is currently seeking an Administrator to join their dynamic team in Sydney CBD on a permanent basis.

    As a Finance Administrator team member, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strata team. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Reviewing client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Managing the team mailbox and responding to inquiries promptly.
    • Preparing templates and documents for client use.
    • Coordinating activities in a procedural manner to ensure efficiency.
    • Generating reports to track team performance and client progress.
    • Regularly liaising with insurers to address client needs and concerns.

    To excel in this role, you should have:

    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
    • Prior experience in insurance or finance coordination or a related field is preferred.
