    Personal Care Attendant - Nightshift | Bentleigh

    This is a part-time opportunity working night shifts, Monday and Tuesday from 10pm to 7:15am, with occasional afternoon shifts available.

    About the Role

    You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by:

    • Lending a hand with daily life activities, ensuring our residents feel heard, comfortable, and well-fed.
    • Working collaboratively with our team to support residents with complex needs.
    • Helping to maintain our residents' physical and mental health through various activities.
    • Providing medication under the supervision of a registered nurse and assisting with treatments.
    • Building meaningful relationships with our residents and providing companionship.
    • Respecting the privacy and dignity of each resident.

    To be successful in this role, you will possess:

    • A genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
    • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
    • Previous experience working as a caregiver or in a similar role.
    • Strong clinical documentation and computer skills.
