    About the role

    We are looking for a Full Time Registered Nurse to join our team in Toowoomba. This role is rostered Monday to Friday with the possibility of weekends, on call and overtime. (On completion of 6-month probation period).

    The Registered Nurse will carry the capabilities to work autonomously and collaboratively and possess a sound knowledge in medical imaging and general nursing. On the job training provided. The RN can apply critical thinking and have the ability to formalise care plans in collaboration with in a multidisciplinary team. The RN will take initiative with their workload and efficiently plan their tasks in collaboration with their team. Registered Nurse remuneration level 5.2 to 5.7.

    About you

    • Full Registered Nurse AHPRA registration is required, with no limitations or restrictions
    • 2 years minimum general nursing experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Exceptional time management skills with sound decision making under pressure
    • Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
    • Passion for providing excellent customer service and patient care
    • Peripheral intravenous cannulation skills desirable (training provided)
    • Current basic life support / advanced life support certification required
