    Assistant Manager Position Overview

    The Assistant Manager plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Moore Park store, ensuring high standards of customer service and product presentation.

    This position involves leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, driving store sales, managing inventory, overseeing visual merchandising, and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

    • Supporting the Store Manager in maintaining store operations
    • Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals
    • Driving store sales through effective management and customer engagement
    • Managing inventory and stock control processes
    • Overseeing visual merchandising and store presentation

    About You

    We are seeking an experienced retail leader with strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for home decor. Key qualifications include:

    • Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • A good understanding of visual merchandising and store presentation
    • Experience with inventory management and stock control processes
