    About the Role:

    We're looking for a Sales Consultant based in Sydney. This is the perfect role for a former Maths teacher or Maths degree holder looking to move into software sales. It's also a great fit for anyone with a passion for education, a strong desire to learn and grow in the tech space.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Drive Growth: Manage your own sales pipeline, from identifying leads to running demos and closing deals
    2. Build Relationships: Work directly with teachers, school leaders and decision-makers to showcase how our platform can transform learning
    3. Customer Success: Support schools with training sessions, curriculum alignment and ongoing strategic advice
    4. Feedback Loop: Gather insights from educators and students to help improve the platform

    What We're Looking For:

    1. Educational Knowledge: Experience as a secondary Maths teacher or familiarity with maths curriculums
    2. Sales Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building and presentation skills. Prior experience in SaaS, Edtech or software is a bonus but not essential
    3. Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who's creative, adaptable and eager to make an impact
    4. Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a sense of humour - ready to work hard and celebrate wins

    1. Salary: $100k Base + $20k commission (uncapped) + Super
