    The Opportunity

    The primary purpose of the Remuneration & Benefits Advisor is to develop & deliver reward solutions, performance initiatives, policies and procedures in line with external market practices and business needs. You will have the opportunity to work on annual performance, bonus and salary reviews within budget.

    Key responsibilities for this role:

  • Support delivery of reward solutions and implement initiatives to support the delivery of the HR Strategic and annual business plans
  • Specialized analysis, reporting and advice
  • Accurate and timely information and reporting on market remuneration practices, retention and special incentive arrangements
  • Guidance and advice for HR on legislative changes and interpretation of business standards
  • Executive employee lifecycle management from commencement to separation, including onboarding, remuneration and termination processes
  • Remuneration benchmarking for all employees
  • Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Bachelor's degree in area of speciality and at least 3 years' experience as a Remuneration and Benefits specialist
  • Highly numerate and analytical, together with a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Experienced in data analytics and modelling using Microsoft Excel
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of all aspects of Remuneration and Benefits
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Experience in managing benefit programs is desirable but not essential
