The Role
As the Head Chef, you will lead a talented kitchen team and bring your culinary vision to life. You will be responsible for creating and executing a menu highlighting the freshest local ingredients and authentic flavours while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. Additionally, you will manage kitchen operations, including staff training, scheduling, and inventory control, and ensure seamless services are executed. Finally, you will ensure compliance with food safety regulations and keep the kitchen clean and organised.
