    The Role
    Reporting into the Head of FP&A with a close working relationship with the Senior Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving a first class FP&A function for a large FMCG icon.

    You will play a supporting role in transformational change of the organisation and finance function, managing business performance, ensuring high quality information to support key decision marking, and delivering on ambitious growth targets. You will also challenge the status quo by identifying and executing on opportunities for greater efficiency and quality of management information. in conjunction to this, you will be part of the commercial finance team and business partner with the brand marketing team. You will play an integral part in global initiatives such as new product development and sales tracking.

    • Support the Performance Manager by providing comprehensive media briefs to media partners.
    • Contribute, develop, implement, and execute digital marketing campaigns within the Facebook Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
    • Demonstrate a substantial understanding of tracking technology, ability to test and provide accurate recommendations.
    • Develop, execute, and test campaign variables that create client-specific insight and feed future successions of testing.
    • Ensure implementation of agreed tests, and communicate outcomes including impact, incremental value, and next steps.
    • Collaborate with the team on strategy and optimization of social media campaigns including audience and creative best practices.
    • Oversee delivery of Post Campaign Reporting and ensure team efficiency.
    • Monitor the goals and KPIs for your client/s to ensure on-time and complete delivery of campaigns.
    • Ensure all tactical media plan requirements are correctly implemented in digital platforms based on client needs.
    • Ensure Media Buying Authorizations, media plans, media confirmations/IO's and pro-formas are reconciled and reports are updated with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
    • Contribute to regular client meetings and support internal & external stakeholder management.
    • Develop overall digital performance and integrated media strategy to achieve client's business goals.
    • Work towards establishing strong client relationships by managing and setting expectations.
    • Participate in client WIPs ensuring all relevant campaign and market updates are communicated.

    Investment & Activation Roles. Trading under Publicis Media AustraliaLocation: Sydney, Melbourne & BrisbaneInvestment Executive (aka: Investor, Activation Executive, Planning & Activation Executive, Senior Activation Executive, Senior Planning & Activation Executive, Associate Activations Manager)The purpose of the Investment Executive role is to autonomously plan and implement client campaigns -they are ultimately responsible for the delivery of all client activity. They will help lead the delivery of communication plans and management of offline and digital campaigns from buying and implementation through to reporting and the delivery of holistic campaign learnings. Work in collaboration with the wider Spark team to deliver integrated and creative plans that considers all vehicles (display, SEM, SEO, Social) and mainstream media at every possible opportunity.Internal relationship management?
    • Manage relationships with internal teams and relevant external groups e.g. media owners and partner agencies in ways to benefit clients and Spark to achieve their business objectives.?
