- Provide Health and Safety partnering services that enable the organisation to meet WHS responsibilities
- Implement and deliver WHS activities that drive a positive safety culture
- Monitor and analyse key safety metrics
- Coach and guide Leaders and Staff in the application of WHS responsibilities
- Plan and conduct safety reviews and inspections across your portfolio of sites
- Partner with Leader's to implement targeted injury management initiatives
- Minimum 3 years experience working within a hands on Workplace Health and Safety position
- Tertiary qualifications in Health and Safety
- Fire Safety Advisor registration or willingness and ability to obtain this
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- A strong relationship builder who thrives off building and fostering long lasting relationships
- Exceptional written and verbal skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Work Health and Safety Act and Regulation 2011
- Ability to travel to sites as and when required
