Our client is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Position

• Monday - Friday with the flexibility to work from home
• No Routines, no Leasing duties
• Virtual Assistance for support
• Up to 85k salary package on offer
• Stunning office fit out with a great team culture

You will be responsible for a portfolio with plenty of assistance

• Lease renewals
• Entry and Exit inspections
• Rental Arrears
• Processing Maintenance
• Invoicing
• QCAT/ Tribunal as required
• Providing exceptional customer service to Landlords and Tenants/follow-up and clear communication
• Using cloud-based software

The Successful Candidate:

• Current Certificate of Registration
• Ideally 2+ years of Property Management experience
• High level of communication and attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Solid written & verbal communication skills
• Outstanding telephone manner & time management
• Meticulous attention to detail, accountability and focus
• Well-presented
• Valid driver's license
