    We are partnering with a highly reputable building firm to secure top talent for their management team. They specialise in the delivery of multi-unit residential projects across Australia. Having secured several exciting large-scale projects in NSW, they have the capacity to employ an ambitious and skilled Project Manager on a full time, permanent basis to oversee the delivery one of the high-end, multi residential projects. Recent tender wins are valued between from $30M - $100M.
    This company has an extensive history for delivering high-end projects to an impeccable standard and have become a household name & brand in the construction industry for their high calibre and superior quality work.

    As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the residential project, from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Key Duties:

    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the multi-unit and phased project.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
    • Collaborate & communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
    • Provide regular project updates and reports.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
    • Ensure full HSE compliance in line with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.


    Requirements:

    • Construction Management degree or similar in related field i.e. engineering
    • Proven experience managing projects from $20 million upwards.
    • Demonstratable experience on large scale construction or residential projects
    • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, scheduling, and budgeting.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to problem-solve and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with relevant construction software and project management tools
    • References required in a similar role
