    Currently we have an opportunity for a Parents Next Employment Consultant to join our team on a full time basis working across Werribee, Sunshine and Taylors Lake. (Parents Next is government program to support parents with children under 6 to help plan and prepare them for future study or employment.)
    It will suit someone who has high energy, is solutions focused and loves building solid relationships within the community.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Set individual goals towards future employment or education
    • Engage with participants in the program, motivate and provide guidance and support
    • Assist and prepare a pathway for then their young child starts primary school
    • Adhere to contractual compliance processes and procedures
    • Administrative duties including accurate data entry for diary and record management

    • Work well under pressure and able to multi-task
    • Strong digital and administration skills
    • Excellent relationship building, business development and marketing skills
    • A solutions-based approach to respond to the needs of customers
