    Your Responsibilities

    As a Tech Superhero, you will lead governance on assigned accounts, creating and presenting monthly service performance reports, building relationships with IT and business stakeholders, and collaborating with ABB management teams to project manage design work and new services for clients.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you'll need:

    • Proven experience working in an IT operations or service delivery leadership role within a complex organisation
    • Knowledge of infrastructure solutions and operations such as virtual machine management, SD-WAN, and cloud-based services
    • Experience with IT service management processes and systems (Incident, problem, Change, Request etc)
    • Ability to balance competing customer, business, and technical demands
