    Description

    Part of being an industry leader and staying at the top of our game means that we continually look to innovate and stay ahead of the competition. With this in mind, we have created the new position of Revenue Manager within the broader Revenue Team

    Reporting to the Group Manager Sales, this role will partner with senior business leaders to analyse and provide actionable insights/recommendations and forecast revenue generation across Accommodation, Conference & Events and Entertainment.

    In addition to a focus on revenue and budgets, you will report on key financial, operating and customer metrics for the Federal Group businesses. Producing performance reports you will analyse activity changes and identify opportunities for revenue growth, no two days in this role will be the same.

    We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and outcome orientated individual who can demonstrate the following:

    • Exceptional business acumen and analytical skills
    • A track record of implementing and driving revenue management processes and analytics
    • The ability to build dashboards, forecasting and analysis tools tailored to the needs of operational managers
    • Prior experience working with Power BI and/or other Business Intelligence suites
    • The ability to develop insights and recommendations then communicate opportunities to the business in a compelling and insightful manner
    • Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels of the business
    • An ability to work and succeed in a cross functional team environment
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
