About the Role:

• Due to significant growth opportunities in the North Queensland division, BMD are in the market for a Project Engineer to energize a collaborative team for the delivery of roads projects.
• We also have multiple civil construction projects in the Mackay and Townsville regions after this project finishes in around a year's time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Five+ years' experience in the civil construction industry with over two years' experience specifically in project engineering
• Experience in earthworks, drainage, and road construction (ideally with exposure to a Department of Transport and Main Roads project)
• A collaborative management style to build a close outcome-focused team
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Stakeholder and client engagement experience
