    Job Description

    In this diverse role, youwill enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day. You willhavethe support of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure.Your duties will include:

    • Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants toalleviate administrative tasks)
    • Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
    • Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
    • Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
    • Completinga variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations,Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.

    Qualifications

    Our new team member will have:

    • A qualification in Occupational Therapy,Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Nursing, Social Workor Physiotherapy
    • Registration with either Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or accreditation with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) (or relevant governing body)
    • Clinical knowledge of pathologies and ability to apply this knowledge to case management
    • Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships
    • Excellent time management skills - be ableto work autonomously as well as within a team environment
    • A desire to problem solve with the confidence to be innovative, use their initiativeand achieve results
    • A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits
    • Energy and drive to grow our services
    • A current drivers'license and access to their own vehicle
