    Our Marketing team has a rare opportunity for a Graphic and Web Designer to have a direct impact on our customer experience through the development of strategic marketing web touchpoints, emails and email templates across group digital collateral. Enhance our customer experience through exceptional design and development of web touchpoints , personalised customer emails and promotional graphics to deliver a best-in class experience.

    In this role you'll be responsible for:

      • Planning, development, execution and optimisation of content rich flatpages, dynamic/responsive web pages and customer facing web displays for the Marketing team and broader departments
      • Using markup languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React to create user-friendly web pages.
      • Ongoing maintenance, improvement and optimisation of web touchpoints to offer best-in-class user experience, customer journeys and up to date content on the , Dick Smith, Matt Blatt websites along with website count for Kogan Mobile, Kogan Credit Card and other business verticals.
      • Improvement, creation and maintenance of HTML based email templates sent through the Content Management System (CMS) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
      • Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies to identify and initiate improvements to flatpages, web design and user journeys on the website and its subsidiary websites.
      • Designing Marketing collateral (email and web) and partner with the Graphic Designers to help grow and improve website content, layout and user experience of webpages and displays to boost effectiveness.
      • Developing and improving the brand and branding strategies across the website, private label brands and other business verticals.
      • Partnering with a broad range of internal stakeholders to support successful project delivery, improvements and development stages

    To be successful in this role, you should:

      • Be University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Marketing, Multimedia, Design, Web Development etc)
      • Have demonstrated experience in graphic and website design. Experience in Retail, eCommerce or similar product driven environments will be well regarded
      • Be proficient in the following web design principles; HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React
      • Have a proven track record of successful website launches and brand development.
      • Have developed strong project management and problem-solving abilities with the ability to collaborate and build strong stakeholder relationships.
      • Be able to think creatively and strategically to support an exceptional customer experience and bring our brand to life
      • Are experienced in, or have had exposure to, design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
      • Be focused on attention to detail and pride yourself on an exceptional eye
      • Have developed exceptional time management skills, being able to effectively manage multiple projects and timelines successfully
      • Be inquisitive and ready to be challenged - we're not afraid of putting in hard work to deliver a superior product
