- Maintain & improve the production lines in all facets of repairs & maintenance - improving efficiency, reducing downtime & improving continuity.
- Complete PM's with data entry
- Investigate equipment failures and implement improvements.
- Assist with the development of preventative, predictive and proactive maintenance schedules.
- General tig welding
- GMP/ HAACP experience is highly desirable.
- Superior trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Adaptability, with the ability to work in a close-knit team and also autonomously as required.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment (FMCG would be a distinct advantage).
- Scissor lift and forklift license would be advantageous.
- Ability to work extra hours and weekend work (O/T penalties are applicable).

About the Role
We have a vacancy for a suitably qualified and experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our team on Night Shift, located at our manufacturing plant in Glynde. The position is full-time, working Sunday to Thursday (11pm – 7am).
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will also work closely with our teams in manufacturing.
