    The Opportunity

    We currently have an opportunity to join our team as our new Tax Manager. You will support the Head of Finance and the Group Tax team in

  • The provision of taxation advice to the Goodman Fielder Group Markets and Management.
  • Ensure compliance with all direct and indirect tax legislation impacting companies across the Goodman Fielder Group
  • Responsibilities will include:

  • Keeping updated on tax law changes, suggesting adjustments
  • Identifying process improvement and tech integration opportunities
  • Building strong cross-departmental relationships with key stakeholders
  • Fostering a high-performance culture to coach and develop key talent within the Group Tax Team
  • Overseeing tax reporting, compliance, managing audits
  • Provide technical tax advice on transactions, HR matters
  • Monitor tax law changes, prepare impact assessments
  • About You

    In order to make this role a success, we are looking for a qualified Chartered, Tax professional with a wealth of experience

    The skillsets and experiences we are looking for include:

  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Proficiency in accounting principles with proven experience in corporate taxation and income tax principles
  • Ability to apply technical knowledge commercially
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, assertive and confident
