About YOUR new job:

This role will see you oversee the financial operations across ANZ and participate in strategic country initiatives that drive business performance and transformation.

It is an exciting newly created opportunity for any aspiring individual with the drive and creativity, to contribute to building and elevating the Finance function to the next level.

Some of the key tasks aligned to this role will include:

• Build meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders achieving commercial success and a greater understanding of the operational impacts on the financial outcomes
• Review policies and procedures to maintain robust practices and support the external Audit process
• Work closely with local Finance teams to review, examine, and analyse accounting records, prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other required financial reports on a timely basis;
• Manage the annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes by performing detailed analysis to provide insights to help Management make informed business decisions;
• Partner with Business Managers to establish stretch targets supported by strategic and operational plans and rolling-forecasting processes;
• Actively monitor the financial performance of the company using the appropriate reporting tools and
• Key Performance Indicators.

This includes significant variances in direct & indirect expenditure, headcount, capital management, inventory management, material, and labor costs etc; About YOU

• CA/CPA qualification essential
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with good knowledge of manufacturing accounting, and strong audit experience;
• Good knowledge of Country & International
• Financial Reporting Standards, Budgeting, Company Acts and Regulations;
• Able to confidently communicate, engage and influence senior management at a regional and country level;
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Applications; The Benefits
