This role is part of World Travel Protection our global medical and security assistance business supporting many of Zurich Cover-Mores travel insurance brands We support both corporate and leisure travellers helping them avoid risks before they escalate and connecting them with the right experts when emergencies arise With deep expertise in global travel risk management were trusted by travellers corporate risk managers and organizations worldwide to prepare for potential threats respond when it matters most Operating 24/7 from our global assistance centres were always ready to answer the call wherever in the world it comes from As a Travel Assistance Case Manager youll be delivering calm clear compassionate support when things go wrong whether its lost baggage or a medical emergency Your mission Delivering great experience every time whether for traveller family member or provider Youll use your critical thinking problem-solving skills providing tailored advice real-world problems You will provide emotional support reassurance travellers distress maintaining calm empathetic demeanour throughout each call case And what are we looking for Genuine desire help people save lives We need our Case Managers great communicators who stay calm resolve conflict under pressure while being resilient empathetic if youre willing learn well teach everything else you need know.
