Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our team and work on a large, greenfield data project.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop a business-critical analytics program in collaboration with the business and other stakeholders.

You will be part of a highly advanced and experienced Data & Analytics team, offering plenty of growth and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing and deploying key GCP-based infrastructure
Developing, deploying, and maintaining data pipelines
Working with Python and SQL code
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Maintaining best practices in Data Engineering and management

Ideal Skill Set:

Strong experience working on GCP
Strong programming experience with Python
ETL / SQL / CI / CD
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Big Data / Spark / Hadoop (Bonus)

The role is Sydney-based but offers almost 100% remote work arrangement with occasional office visits. Full Unrestricted AU working rights are required for this position.
