    With a growing, national pipeline in communities and built form, the business require an additional resource to manager a number of their active projects.

    Development Manager

    Reporting to the Head of Development, the Development Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating various aspects of greenfield projects, with the added opportunity to gain exposure on built form development.

    Responsibilities

    • Project Delivery: Drive the efficient execution of development projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and achieve successful outcomes.
    • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among clients, consultants, and development partners, serving as a central liaison.
    • Financial Management: Contribute to the development and management of feasibility studies and cash flow models, ensuring projects align with organisational goals. Proficient in Estate Master (or similar software) is a plus.
    • Research, Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with marketing team to craft targeted sales and marketing strategies aimed at maximising project returns.
    • People Management: Provide mentorship and coaching to the Assistant Development Manager, fostering a supportive and growth- orientated environment.

    Skills & Experience

    • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Property, engineering, finance or related discipline.
    • A minimum of four years' experience in property development or related discipline.
    • Demonstrate comprehensive end-to-end development experience, particularly in Greenfields/Land Subdivision.
    • Financial acumen, proven experience in creating and updating feasibility studies.
    • Demonstrate successful track record as a Development Manager, adept at managing multiple projects at different stages.
