    Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

    What you will be doing:-

    • You've aced Technical support for web products or e-commerce
    • You're a whiz at fixing complex technical problems
    • You can translate tech jargon into clear explanations for customers
    • You're a master at managing various stakeholders (customers, admins, developers)
    • You have excellent time management skills & can juggle priorities like a boss
    • You know the IT drill: Incident, problem, change management, knowledgebase, defects - you got it
    • Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering.

    Who we're looking for:

    • Up to 3+ years providing customer facing technical support (Web based products or e-commerce preferred)
    • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues
    • Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
    • Proficient with analysing log files and standard debugging concept.

    Technical Skills:

    • Good experience w/ dynamic HTML components: AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML
    • Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS or Jelly is a plus
    • Bonus points for backend knowledge (Java or similar languages) and database skills (MySQL, Oracle)
    • Working knowledge of the components in a web applications stack
    • Familiarity with Linux, UNIX or other OS
