    About the role

    As Client Services Manager you will design Care Plans to enable your client to enjoy life within their own surroundings for as long as possible. You play a key role in enhancing the person's independence, providing them with opportunity to make their own choices, to maintain high self-esteem and to take their place and make meaningful contributions to their community.

    You are passionate and committed to supporting the aged and frail to maintain their well-being, dignity and independence, while adopting a practical and commercial approach to Care Planning and management.

    You are responsible for the management of service delivery within budget, and the coordination of external agencies and providers and the Regis team of Home Support Workers to ensure high levels of individualised care and service. Your efforts will not only drive client satisfaction but will enhance the Regis reputation for excellence and support business growth.

    Essential for the role

    • Police Check
    • Preferable Home Care experience
    • Administration experience
    • Preferrable experience with Home care Packages

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop person centred care plans;
    • Coordinate all aspects of care delivery;
    • Build positive relationships;
    • Support and enhance team performance;
    • Manage risk & maintain documentation requirements;
    • Promote and encourage continuous improvement

    To be eligible to join the team at Regis we require the following:

    • Consistent with State and Territory public health orders and with Regis' mandatory vaccination policy, all candidates must produce evidence that they have received the current seasonal influenza vaccination or medical evidence to Regis' satisfaction of an accepted clinical contraindication to receiving the influenza vaccination
    • Proof of the right to work lawfully in Australia
    • Valid National Police Check (Full disclosure or standard disclosure)
