    Job Summary:

    The ICT Support Officer will provide in-house technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the firm's IT infrastructure. This includes delivering assistance across a range of systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the firm.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems, including connectivity, software, and hardware.
    • Maintain and update systems and devices with security patches and other updates.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
    • Build and manage mergeable Word templates for integration with LexisNexis Affinity.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and provide recommendations for enhancements.

    To be successful in this role, you should have a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and a logical approach to resolving complex IT issues.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Prior experience in IT support.
    • Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and security measures.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Experience with Python scripting.

    Desirable skills include experience with Citrix XenApp, LexisNexis Affinity, Microsoft 365, IP Telephony, SQL, Microsoft Word merge fields, HotDocs Developer, and NetDocuments or iManage document management systems.
