    Occupational Therapist

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Subiaco. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with participants who are on the NDIS, aiming to increase their functional capacity and independence.

    You will be part of a multi-disciplined team and a national company with opportunities for professional growth and development.

    This is a diverse role comprising assessments, interventions, and case management. The ideal candidate will have experience working with NDIS participants and possess excellent communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct Occupational Therapy specific assessments, intervention, and case management.
    • Assess and plan for NDIS participants to maximise their level of function, capacity, social engagement, and housing suitability.
    • Trial and implement equipment, including scoping and recommendations for home modifications.
    • Provide ongoing therapy support for NDIS participants, including recommendations and reporting outcomes.
    • Liaise with clients, families, referrers, allied health professionals, and other stakeholders to achieve collaborative, person-centred outcomes.

    Requirements

    • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
    • Minimum 2 years' clinical experience.
    • Experience working with NDIS participants is highly regarded.
    • Holds a full, unrestricted driver's license and owns a car that can be used for accessing participants.
