    Are you a tech-savvy Field Assistant / Core Yard Technician wanting to work for a world leader in the gold mining industry? Then look no further...

    This role in the NT offers a fully equipped camp with modern leisure facilities for those flying in from Perth, Brisbane, Alice Springs or Darwin.

    Job Requirements:

    • Current 'C' Class Drivers License;
    • Hold a National Forklift ticket (desirable);
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and a drug & alcohol screen;
    • Strong MS office skills;
    • High level of fitness;
    • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously with a strong safety focus.

    Position Duties:

    • Core sampling; cutting; mark-up and photography;
    • RC processing;
    • Soil sampling;
    • Forklift operation;
    • Core Yard duties;
    • Drill rig support;
    • Geology field support.

    Experience
    12 months experience in a similar role in the mining industry (preferably on gold mine sites);
