- 14/7 roster, night shift only.
- Short commute and home each night for Darwin locals.
- FIFO - Flights provided from most regional/major airports + accommodation + meals.
- Covering nightshift safety during dredging operations.
- Ensuring the HSSE procedures and manuals, in consultation with the HSSE Manager, are fully compliant with the company and project requirements.
- Ensuring HSSE onboarding and inductions for all HSSE personnel are conducted as required.
- Ensuring safety equipment / PPE is readily available and issued in accordance with project or company requirements.
- Prepare agendas for safety meetings and toolbox meetings as required.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Exposure to working on large scale construction projects or mining operations.
- Demonstrated ability to build sound working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated commitment and proactive approach to site safety processes and practices.
