    Senior Director, Sales Development

    Summary: We are seeking a Senior Director of Sales Development to lead our high-performing sales team in Australia and New Zealand. This is a 12-month contract role that requires immediate impact. You will oversee an extended leadership team and multiple Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Business Development Representative (BDR) teams across the ANZ region.

    Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

    We are looking for a Senior Director of Sales Development who has a proven track record of leading large, quota-carrying sales or sales development teams. You should have demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with experience delivering on Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) goals.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Leading, coaching, and inspiring an extended leadership team and their respective SDR and BDR teams to achieve individual and collective success.
    • Fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on hiring, talent development, and career progression.
    • Driving pipeline growth to achieve key metrics such as ARR and MRR.
    • Developing and implementing scalable strategies that align with Salesforce's growth objectives for the ANZ region.
    • Partnering closely with senior sales leaders, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to optimise demand generation and ensure smooth handoffs from Sales Development to Account Executives.
    • Establishing trust and alignment with internal stakeholders to drive shared success.
    • Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to refine processes and strategies.
    • Leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and maintain accountability.

    Key requirements for the role include:

    • Proven track record of leading large, quota-carrying sales or sales development teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with experience delivering on ARR and MRR goals.
    • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • A passion for people development, with a track record of hiring and coaching top talent.
    • Exceptional operational acumen and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Experience in the ANZ market, particularly in the public sector and enterprise landscape, is highly desirable.
