- 40+ years of history for this long standing civil contractor
- Work on all major infrastructure projects including Major Roads and LXRP's
- Strong background in Civil Construction is necessary
- Provide daily leadership and supervision to a crew of construction workers
- Oversee all aspects of civil construction projects, including earthworks, pavements, drainage, general utilities, and basic structural elements
- Ensure strict adherence to project plans, specifications, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues promptly, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain clear and concise communication with all stakeholders, including project managers, subcontractors, and clients
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and other project documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and safety protocols
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a civil construction supervisory role
- Strong understanding of general civil construction principles, including earthworks, pavements, drainage, general utilities, and aspects of structures
- Proven ability to read, interpret, and implement construction plans and specifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and a proven ability to maintain a safe worksite
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
