- Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to tenant's requests
- Administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and the tenants
- Monitor financial transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations
- Preparation/compilation of reports, documents, presentation material, minutes for meetings as required
- General Property, Office and Administrative duties including greeting clients, attending meetings, monthly reporting along with ad-hoc duties as required.
- Previous property administration experience with high level attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills to be able to thrive in a busy environment
- Superior communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
- A positive attitude and flexible approach to work
- Real Estate Certificate or working towards it

We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our friendly, close-knit team in Cairns.
You'll work collaboratively with our Property Management team, supporting the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties including tenant liaison, lease administration, occupancy issues as well as general office administration duties.
