Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Advisor (NV1-cleared) to provide strategic guidance, assurance and coordination across a broad portfolio of ICT and Defence-integrated systems. This is a unique opportunity to be the “glue” between internal IT teams, business stakeholders and external delivery partners working on a high-profile Defence project.You will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders central IT and external cyber partners providing strategic oversight assurance leadership across several security workstreams. The responsibilities include preparing the organisation for an upcoming DISP audit ensuring multiple systems meet Essential Eight Maturity Level 2 leading the preparation submission of Authority to Operate ATO documentation for a major system integration overseeing cybersecurity risks across the broader business unit ensuring systems are secure compliant aligned with Defence expectations acting as the glue between internal teams external providers ensuring cohesive cyber outcomes across projects.
This is a strategic advisory-focused role with high visibility shaping organisations Defence-ready cyber posture.
