    Job Title: Web Administrator and Application Support Officer

    Location: Brimbank Community & Civic Centre

    Department: Chief Information Office

    Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

    We are seeking a highly skilled Web Administrator and Application Support Officer to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine. The role will provide ongoing support for internal and external users of Council approved systems and web applications, responding to and troubleshooting queries and issues in a timely manner.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • A tertiary qualification in Information Technology/Management, Communication, or equivalent.
    • Project Management experience and qualification, e.g. Prince 2.
    • Experience in website and content management systems administration and development.
    • Experience in analysing and resolving complex website and/or architecture issues.
    • Local government experience is desirable.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide ongoing support for internal and external users of Council approved systems and web applications.
