Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability while maintaining high standards of quality. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Monitor food and beverage costs and implement cost-control measures as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus, specials, and promotions. Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and professional growth among staff members.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and multicultural communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems. Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
