- Experience in Project Management positions across multi-site portfolios
- Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective and engaged teams
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholder relationships and project deadlines with competing priorities.
- Strong financial and analytical skills in developing budgets and allocating appropriate resources to ensure a sustainable and profitable business
- Proven project management experience in the remote sector, and preferably the facilities management space
- Proven experience in leading client growth strategies in project management services
- Demonstrable technical knowledge of building and maintenance practises and WA legislation
- Contract management experience with proven skills in business development
- Are or have been a Building practitioner registered under Government of Dept of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.
