    Role
    The primary responsibility of the Estimator is to produce highly detailed and successful estimates, driving commercial outcomes for the business. As the Estimator, you will analyse the construction landscape and connect with industry professionals to identify new tender opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the Senior estimator to meet revenue targets and commercial outcomes
    • Liaise with clients to get a deep understanding of the project specifications
    • Review drawings/take offs and technical specifications
    • Forge ties with suppliers and resources to enhance competitiveness
    • Find alternative delivery approaches for potential competitive advantage
    • Ensure the accuracy of labour and materials cost

    You
    You will have vast knowledge of civil construction / engineering and have been successful in delivering detailed estimates for complex and unique projects. Ideally you have experience using Expert Estimator and MS Project software and are highly skilled in managing workflow and critical timelines.
