    Your Skills and Experience

    • Strong understanding of the NDIS and participant support requirements
    • Experience supporting NDIS participants with physical and psychosocial disabilities
    • Able to communicate and respond to the needs of people with disability
    • Possess a passion for building strong relationships and rapport with participants
    • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
    • Proficient in completing detailed and accurate documentation
    • Hold a First Aid Certificate, Drivers Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Working with Children Check, Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination, and legal working rights in Australia
