    What Will You Be Doing?

    • Greet and welcome employees, vendors, suppliers, couriers, contractors, and visitors.
    • Manage office events, including catering, and coordinate various activities – embrace opportunities to have fun and foster a positive work environment.
    • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, handling couriers, and managing purchase orders.
    • Work in tandem with the Office Manager to provide support with other sites and states, ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations.

    What Will You Bring?

    • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required, can be from hospitality, retail, etc.
    • University or tertiary education qualification preferred
    • You have great presentation and are punctual, reliable, and have excellent time management.
    • Interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships with all team members.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and tech-savvy in picking up new software systems for administrative purposes.
    • Consistently maintain a positive, energetic attitude with a positive outlook.
