Description
Our organisation was founded in the 1980's and has evolved into one of Australia's largest independent water filtration importer/exporter wholesaler and retailers. We're a growing team and looking to find a Customer Service natural to join our ranks. You will be required to work with new and established customers, with enquiries over both the telephone and email.
This position would suit a professional, well-presented, and enthusiastic individual possessing a strong commitment to outstanding service.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
• Answering Phones
• Responding to emails and phone enquiries
• Booking appointments and generating paperwork
• Taking phone order and payments
• Data entry (invoicing)
• Posting commercial and residential paperwork
• Ad hoc administrative task and projects when required.
• Filing and archiving
• Following up dispatch orders
• Social media reviews and queries
