    We have an opportunity for a Property Manager to join our Brisbane office on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for ensuring the property(s) is managed in a premium condition with high quality levels of presentation and operation.

    Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

    • Contribute to the Strategic Asset Plan for the property(s) and ensure all items are executed in line with agreed budget and timeframes.
    • Contribute to Co-Owner Reporting requirements to ensure compliance with Co-Owner Agreements.
    • Provide assistance to the portfolio team for co-ordination of leasing, marketing, branding and customer engagement initiatives.
    • Assist in preparation and delivery of internal reporting requirements including budgets, strategic asset plans and monthly reporting.
    • Ensure accuracy of all internal systems including preparation of tenancy schedules, invoice processing and stack plans.
    • Review and manage lease-related documentation such as leases, arrears, insurance certificates and bank guarantees.
    • Work with the Asset Manager to successfully complete an annual Strategic Leasing Plan.
    Your point of difference

    You will be professionally qualified in Real Estate, Property Economics, Commerce or equivalent and a Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration is highly desirable.

    You will also have a strong understanding of relevant legislation and demonstrate a strong understanding of the preparation and ongoing management of Property/Centre Income and Expenditure budgets.
