- Collaborate with ANZ business leaders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Provide strategic HR advice and solutions to drive business performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all people-related matters.
- Manage serious employee relations issues, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Delegate lower-level ER to HR Advisor
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Own the annual driver survey process and use the results to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Partner to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop workforce planning strategies to address skill gaps and succession planning.
- Support recruitment efforts for critical roles.
- Coach managers on performance management processes.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives.
- Conduct performance reviews and goal-setting discussions.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D team to design relevant programs.
- Support career development and growth opportunities for employees.
- Coach, mentor and guide HR Advisor and Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver excellent service
- Work closely with Finance and Compensation teams to ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide guidance on salary reviews and bonus structures.
- Oversee the weekly payroll by assisting HR advisor with any anomalies or queries
- Collaborate with the WHS Manager to promote a safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and policies.
- Ensure Annual Modern Slavery statement is updated and continuous improvement initiatives are captured
- Work with HR Advisor to ensure annual WGEA data is provided accurately and on time
- Capture any employment law updates and advise management accordingly
- Assist WHS Manager and Quality Manager in collection and presentation of people data in relation to annual ISO audit
- Australian recognised Qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR business partnering roles.
- Experience working for a Global company with a dotted line to Global Chief HR Officer
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
