- Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation and payment of payments for Avant's suppliers and members.
- Management of the end-to-end process for accounts payable.
- Timely resolution of enquiries, both internal and external.
- Responsible for the oversight of the effective performance of the accounts payable function.
- Timely and accurate preparation of reports and reconciliation documentation as required.
- Provide leadership, direction, performance feedback and coaching to direct reports.
- Uplifting the function's processes and control, existing and new technology.
- Previous experience in accounting or payment processes essential.
- Minimum 5 years Accounts Payable leadership experience.
- Experience in process design and workflow essential.
- Experience with invoice automation software - Exflow/Readsoft (desirable).
