The Role

As a key member of Liviti’s team, you will champion our members through every stage of off-the-plan and new-build acquisitions. From initial discovery to contract exchange and handover, you will deliver expert guidance on emerging projects, securing preferential launch-phase pricing.

• Lead face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand each member's investment objectives and risk profile
• Research shortlist analyse off-the-plan developments using market data design plans cash-flow projections
• Provide ongoing project updates tailored market insights keep members informed

About You:

• Proven success as an Acquisitions Specialist Property Broker or in off-the-plan sales experience required
