    About the role

    Due to growth across the selectability footprint, we are seeking Program Officers who are responsible for working collaboratively with the Mental Health Hub Coordinator. The Program Officers will be at forefront of program delivery, focussing particularly on group interventions. This position has a unique opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of mental health services, making a meaningful impact on the lives of consumers.

    Main duties:

    The Program Officer's key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • perform general administration duties, including administration support to the Mental Health Hub coordinator as required
    • planning and scheduling activities for the Mental Heath Hub in line with funding requirements
    • coordinate and conduct relevant intake processes for consumers
    • auditing and reporting on program processes
    • update and maintain databases and other applications as required
    • provide inreach and outreach to link consumers with services and supports they require
    • support consumers with NDIS access and request to referral pathways
    • research best practice to implement evidence-based tools and documented processes to undertake assessments

    About you

    To be considered for this rewarding role you must

    • cert IV Mental Health (highly desirable)
    • minimum two years experience in mental health (highly desirable)
    • experience in program planning and running of group activities
    • experience in data collection, auditing and administrative actions (highly desirable)
    • be available to travel across the selectability footprint from time to time
    • ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • ability to work creatively and detailed orientated
    • ability to work as part of the cohesive team and autonomously with minimum supervision

    You will also need:

    • a current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland drivers licence
    • a currently registered, roadworthy, and fully comprehensive insured vehicle
    • a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain prior to commencement)
    • a current yellow card exemption or an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain prior to commencement)
    • NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You' completion certificate (visit to access this free module). at completion of the course, you will be provided with a certificate of completion which you can forward to
