    Job DescriptionSuperloop's Finance unit aims to create a more valuable Superloop, in the eyes of Superloop's customers, its employees, it's shareholders, and the communities in which we operate.

    Superloop's Finance unit owns and executes six core processes - data & analytics, financial control, treasury, billing & accounts receivable, accounts payable and finance business partnering.

    Our Finance Business Partners are the financial extension to business units across Superloop, ensuring that Superloop makes sound financial and commercial decisions.

    What will you do?
    Partner with business units across Superloop to plan, advise and execute commercial plans.
    Interpret and understand business performance against forecasts and plans and provide summarised reports to stakeholders across the business.
    Assist with the delivery of the annual planning cycle, including liaising with key stakeholders and provision of analysis.
    Assist in the delivery and analysis of the rolling forecast to identify significant variances.
    Administer and collate financial reporting to provide to Executive teams.

    Administer effective commercial procedures to ensure key operational, commercial, and financial targets are delivered, to facilitate control, governance and speed of decision making.

    Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, particularly in relation to internal customers and financial governance.
    Provide support and analysis in month end, half year and full year financial reporting.
    Build and maintain models to support business forecasting decisions.

    The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and/or experience:

    Tertiary/degree qualified in accounting.
    CA/CPA qualifications desirable.
    Advanced Excel.
    Knowledge of Netsuite and / or Xero is desirable.
    Data analysis skills.
    Relationship building/ability to build rapport with colleagues of varying.
    financial acumen skills.
    Commercial acumen - seeing beyond the numbers.
    Able to succeed in a fast paced, agile environment.
    Able to identify opportunities for improvement and is self-driven.
    Ownership' mindset, making decisions for the company as if you were the ultimate owner of the business.
