    Description

    About The Role

    This position plays a key role in the development of operational policy and educational initiatives that support biodiversity conservation programs. You will be responsible for providing clear communication of course content to attendees, leading the coordination of course field days, and supporting the Accreditation Team with clear course outcomes.



    Key Responsibilities


    • Deliver assigned tasks effectively while receiving guidance from your supervisor/manager on work priorities, complex issues and matters requiring higher level decision-making;

    • Engage with course attendees on program requirements and performance feedback and guidance;

    • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in adult education with an appropriate training qualification such as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
