    My client is a top tier fitout and construction contractor that specialise in projects $30million +.

    They deliver high quality projects across the nation, in a range of sectors including small and large-scale commercial workspaces, hi-tech sites, education, science, health, biotech, hospitality and retail.

    As a Contract Administrator, you will hold 3+ years experience as a Contracts Administrator under a head contractor, preferably working across Fitout & Refurbishment projects. Your duties will include but not be limited to the following:.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Procurement of trades and sub-contractors
    • Maintain relationships amongst our clients and subcontractors
    • Managing RFIs, progress claims, variations and EOT submissions
    • Subcontractor management and preparation of tender packages, scopes of works, contract documentation and procurement schedules
    • Report costing, manage cash flow, negotiate payment terms with suppliers, and control overall project expenditure


    Required Skills

    • Degree qualified
    • IT literate, competency with Procore preferable
    • Experience working within the fitout and heavy refurbishment space
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
    • Ideally 3-5+ years experience as a Contracts Administrator under a head contractor
    • Working knowledge of tendering, developing and letting of trade packages, cost forecasting and reporting and negotiating subcontract tenders
